Services Provided:

Cause marketing, event strategy and execution, and sponsorship support.

Marketing Challenge: Needed a community relations consultant to mobilize its 2000 restaurant members and generate public awareness and fundraising initiatives.

Marketing Solutions: Among the projects for which we recruited volunteers and activated a public service campaign with media throughout the state:

  • The annual membership campaign.
  • The Georgia Food Festival.
  • The Southern Hospitality Career Expo under the umbrella of the Hospitality Education Foundation of Georgia.
  • The GRACE Awards honoring dynamic hospitality leadership.
  • Alliances with other Georgia hospitality organizations.

Marketing Outcome:

Increased visibility for the GRA and heightened awareness of how the GRA helps its restaurant members. This resulted in an increase in members for the Organization and retention of its current members. More local community organizations solicited GRA's participation in their events and overall GRA were recognized throughout the state, including in media outlets like Savannah Morning News, Augusta Chronicle and Rome News Tribune
